Tomorrow's London Marathon: The Top Three Men

This BBC article interviewed the top three men who'll be running in tomorrow's London Marathon. They include the marathon world record holder Paul Tergat, the 2004 Olympic marathon winner Stefano Baldini, and the 2004 London Marathon winner Evans Rutto.

Based on results at iaaf.org, I compiled the marathon history of these three runners from 2002 through 2004. Also, I included the temps and humidity at the races from weatherunderground.com. London seems like a great place to hold a marathon. Temperatures for the last three marathons have averaged around 50° F. The other major marathons weren't too bad either for race temperatures. The exception is at Athens. Baldini and Tergat competed last year in the 2004 Olympic marathon in Athens and had to brave very unfriendly marathon temps.
