Time Breakdowns for the 2005 to 2000 LA Marathons

I crunched the numbers to find the sub-3, sub-4, and sub-5 numbers for yesterday's LA Marathon. I also included them with the 5 previous years. You can tell that 2004 was an anomaly in terms of times. The heat had a big effect. This year is more inline with previous years before 2004. However, the percentage of sub-4's were still higher in the pre-2004 races.

Next, I think it would be interesting to look at these numbers by age and sex. I'll start working on this tomorrow.
