Running Both London and Boston - An Update
In today's London Marathon, the top US female was Pam Reed (famous ultramarathon runner). She finished #303 for the women with a time of 3:25:02. It'll be interesting to see how she runs at Boston tomorrow (which will be after her pre-Boston Marathon). I looked through the results for her friend, Laura Yasso, who was also planning to run with her at London and Boston, but I couldn't find her name listed (Their press release).
The top US man finished #801 for the men with a time of 2:56:39. Ray Greenlaw like Pam Reed is planning to run Boston tomorrow. He finished with a time of 3:02:38 and was fourth among the US men. His friend, Paul Goransson, who is joining him in the double marathon finished today with a time of 3:24:44. Interestingly, he was just 18 seconds in front of Pam Reed. I wonder if they met.

Thanks for the input! I'm now able to find her at the results page. Her time was 4:08:25.
